PA to Sales Director

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented administrator to support a busy sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reporting on sales data, and creating clear and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for internal and client meetings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy role, enjoys data handling, and has a knack for translating complex information into accessible and compelling presentations.

Job Title: PA to Sales Director

Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum

Type: 12-month FTC

Location: Reading

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile, analyse, and report on sales data from various sources to track performance against targets, identify trends, and provide insights to the Sales Director
  • Design and create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for meetings, ensuring that sales data and business insights are communicated clearly and effectively
  • Act as a liaison between the Sales Director and other departments, clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups
  • Organise internal and external meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, and ensuring all necessary materials are available
  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales Director, including document preparation, note-taking, and handling correspondence

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales operations, analytics, or a similar role
  • High level of numeracy, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong presentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint or similar software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
