REED Business Support in Bath is delighted to be working with a well establishing business based in Bath in their search for a PART-TIME Research Administrator.
Temporary – 1st July – 17th October
2 days per week (ideally Monday and Tuesday)
9-5pm
Hybrid
The successful PART-TIME Research Administrator will ideally have a background in administration, project management and financial administration.
Key duties include:
- Responsibility for all aspects of administrative support for the Research Culture initiative
- Ensuring the programme runs in an efficient and effective manner and adapts to changing circumstances
- Supporting the financial tracking of and helping to co-ordinate administrative elements
- Booking meetings/ events as required.
- Building strong working relationships and delivering to strict deadlines
- Liaison with other professional services as needed
- Minutes of meetings
The ideal candidate should:
- Possess experience of having worked in an administrative capacity
- Have excellent IT skills
- Be organised with strong time management skills
- Be able to take minutes of meetings
