Credit Controller
Salary: £25,000k - £26,000k
Location: Burnley

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Credit Controller to join a close-knit team within a growing Retail business based in Burnley. You will be working very closely with the Finance Manager allowing you to have a wider exposure to accounts.
Responsibilities
- Credit control - internal and external debtors
- Collating & posting the banking
- Posting remittances and items off the bank
- Reconciling the bank
- Reconciling Service Plan direct debits & dealing with any variances
- Collating and posting the internal sales & vehicle sales ledgers (intercompany)
- Dealing with queries via telephone email and teams
- Supporting the Finance Manager and Assistant Finance Managers with ad-hoc duties
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 1 years' experience in a similar role.
- Able to work independently and within a team.
- Positive attitude towards work.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for dealing with suppliers and internal managers.
- A basic knowledge of Excel.
- A proven track record of reconciling difficult supplier accounts and dealing with volumes.
- Exceptional accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
