ECF Programme Manager

We are recruiting an ECF Programme Manager to join our East, South & London regional team, based in Beckenham in London. The ECF Programme Manager is responsible for the proactive and effective planning, execution and administration of our ECF programme within the region.

As Programme Manager, you'll need a deep understanding of teacher training and the Early Careers Framework. You'll have an outstanding track record of development and delivery against tight timelines.

We are looking for someone with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach and the ability to thrive in a start-up environment. To succeed, you'll need excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, the ability to deliver a high-quality programme experience across multiple programmes, and the communication and people skills to manage and motivate a high-performing team.
