The Company
We are working in partnership with this established financial services company to find a Customer Services Administrator to join their growing team based in their offices, just outside of Birmingham. Experiencing significant growth this is an exciting time to join a group where you experience in financial services as an experienced administrator will enable you to become part of their success.

The Role
Working in the client services team, you will be the first point of contact for client calls providing advice and support and directing calls to the relevant departments. Where applicable you will ensure all due diligence is followed in line with appropriate FCA guidelines. You will also handle administration enquiries, present quotations as well as liaising with clients in a professional manner. You will assist with administration relating to relevant compliance: TCF, T&C, AML and data security.

The Person
The ideal candidate must have customer service experience within financial sector. Ideally you will have worked for an IFA (Independent Financial Advisor) with knowledge of life, investments and pensions.

You will be tenacious with strong attention to detail and a good team player. You will be experienced and proficient with Microsoft Office Packages and have experience in working within a similar role.
