Hales Group are seeking a Business Development Executive/ Sales Advisor to support our client in Reydon on a permanent basis.

Duties will include:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the national accounts. This includes regular communication, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business within the national accounts.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business growth. This involves understanding the client's needs, market trends, and aligning the company's offerings to maximize value for both the client and the company.
What are we looking for:
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development or Account Management. Ideally in managing large or national accounts
- Proven Track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction, which will include the ability to understand customer needs, provide exceptional service and resolve issues effectively
