- Promote sensory regulation, helping students manage sensory challenges and stay focused on their learning.

- Experience using coreboards or AAC systems to enhance student communication.
- Skills in de-escalation techniques and emotional support for students.
- Understanding of the SPELL Framework and sensory regulation strategies.
