We are seeking an Insurance Administrator to manage our Group's insurance program and claims portfolio. This role is integral to maintaining the relationship between the Group, its insurance brokers, and insurers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and have a strong understanding of insurance procedures and practices.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage the relationship between the Group, its insurance brokers, and Brookfield Insurance.
  • Collate and submit all business data required for the renewal of the Group's insurance program in a timely manner.
  • Handle insurance claims made by the Group and manage the defence of claims made against the Group.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Group and its insurers and loss adjusters on all claims matters.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and essential paper records to provide a required evidenced audit trail.
  • Report monthly on performance against objectives and targets and business benefits delivered.
  • Perform any other duties as required by the manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • CII qualified or actively studying towards CII qualifications (essential).
  • CILEX qualified or actively studying towards CILEX qualifications (desirable).
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject area (desirable).
  • Experience in insurance procedures and practices.
  • Knowledge of claims handling and dealing with claimants and their representatives.
  • Understanding of the commercial insurance market.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs or equivalent.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member.
