After sustained growth over the past 24 months this award-winning company are continuing to expand with a drive to hire talented Conveyancers to work at their Daventry office.
You will be expected to:
- Run a full but manageable capped caseload ranging from 20 -40 files consisting of new builds, lease extensions and shared ownership from quotation through to completion including title checking independently.
- To be successful in your application you will possess no less than 4 -5 years prior experience handling a caseload of the above, any experience working remotely is also beneficial.
The salary on offer for this role is dependent on your ability but is up to £50,000 with uncapped on the top bonus package which is unrivalled nationally.
