Are you looking for a new role in Inbound Sales or Telesales? Do you love working in a fun and lively team setting? Do you enjoy talking on the phone, asking the cheeky questions and closing the calls? This is an inbound warm sales role, taking calls from the building trade mainly with some homeowner calls, turning queries into sales and upselling calls where possible.
Basic salary - £30,000 plus uncapped commission.
Hours of work - 8am - 5pm. Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch.
Office based. 24 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, parking etc
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
- Managing queries through calls and the sales inbox
- Using the online chat portal
- Developing warm leads and identifying potential sales
- Providing outstanding customer experience
- Liaising with the outbound sales team re potential opportunities
ABOUT YOU
- Previous inbound or outbound sales experience is essential
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- IT savvy, they use Salesforce and SAP
- Keen to learn and develop
