The team specializes in handling commercial disputes and offers invaluable advisory services, dedicating time to understand each client's business intricacies and requirements. Their clientele spans various sectors, including construction, sports, financial advisory, and beyond, encompassing international corporations, multinational entities, and well-known brands.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide counsel on diverse matters within commercial dispute resolution.
- Foster and update expertise in dispute resolution issues, engaging in collaborative knowledge sharing with team members.
- Cultivate opportunities for cross-referral of work within the organization and actively engage in business development initiatives.
Your Profile:
- NQ to 6 years PQE.
- Strong foundation in commercial dispute resolution.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and adeptly manage client relationships.
- Demonstrated excellence in technical proficiency and drafting skills.
- Exhibit teamwork and adeptness in building relationships.
- Possess robust commercial insight.
- Proactive, ambitious, and meticulously organized with a keen attention to detail.
