How Will We Ensure Success?
- Focused Approach: Simplify the desk to concentrate on three key job titles.
- Warm Introductions: Facilitate introductions to our core clients through the established team.
- Training & Support: Select a credible hire and provide comprehensive training from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business development to build and establish new professional relationships.
- Selling and negotiating at multiple levels.
- Candidate resourcing and portfolio management.
- Complete 360 management of the recruitment process.
