Position: Permanent Quantity Surveyor
Location: Based from home with travel required to sites around the M25
Skills: Quantity surveyor, Electrical, mechanical background
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Responsibilities:
- Monthly cost reports
- Monthly valuations and applications
- Liaising with client teams and project managers
- Providing accurate and on time quotations
- Chasing applications and disputes
- Attending site meeting/progress meetings
- Understanding JCT contracts
Hours 8am-5pm Monday - Friday
Salary £40-£50k PA
2 stage interview process
Start - Beginning of April
Attendance required to meetings in Highwhycome once a week
Must have:
Full uk driving license
Full time working visa
Minimum 2 years experience
