Join our ISO 20022 adoption & data quality team in London, UK as a dynamic and engaged Vendor Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage communication with the community of vendors / 3d party providers for ISO 20022
  • Manage collaterals used to ensure the vendors' readiness
  • Run the ISO 200222 vendors certification process : define business and technical requirements in collaboration with other internal teams, monitor and report vendors' progress toward certification.
  • Assist specific vendors with onboarding when needed

As the ideal candidate, you demonstrate strong relationship management skills and good technical background, typically understanding the Swift messaging interfaces.

In this role, you will have exposure to vendors communities, bringing a vendor-focused approach and acting as the link between them and Swift. You will use business analytics tools to measure success, adoption, present opportunities, and support decision-making.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business or Technical Engineering, Financial Services, or equivalent experience qualifications are acceptable.
  • 3 years in marketing or product management in the financial services industry
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering quality service to customers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal & written) with all levels throughout the organisation on technical as well as business concepts
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Demonstrate the ability to promote teamwork across different departments
  • Autonomous, empowered with the ability to drive, adapt, and respond to change
  • Ability to work under pressure and part of a multicultural team
  • Seeking an open-minded individual who thrives on collaboration and finding practical solutions through partnership.
  • Innovative, curious, and willing to continuously update relevant technology skills
