Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Role Description: We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team and work in schools located in Walsall. The ideal candidates will have experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and will be responsible for supporting teaching and learning at Key Stages 2 - 4.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons tailored to the needs of SEN students.
- Assist in the assessment and monitoring of student progress, providing regular feedback.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to support student development.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications or experience as a Teaching Assistant.
- Experience working with SEN students.
- Valid Child and Adult DBS certification.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
