Trinity House Group are in search of a Project Manager to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, dedicated to driving positive change in the social impact sector. Specialising in the delivery of impactful projects that empower communities and enhance sustainability across the globe, they are seeking a talented Project Manager to assist with their continued growth.

Reporting directly to the CFO, who oversees IT, Transformation, and Finance, you will play a pivotal role in managing key projects that continue to drive their business forward. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful initiatives in a period of exponential growth following recent investment from Private Equity.

As Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end management of various projects across their business. These projects will primarily focus on system migration, platform changes, Dynamics implementation and broader business services initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with business goals and are delivered on time and within budget.

Project Manager role:

  • Lead and manage projects encompassing IT infrastructure design, CRM system development, portfolio system implementation, office space procurement, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams & stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets and oversee execution to ensure timely delivery to budget.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira for project planning, execution and tracking.
  • Proactively identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within project teams to drive motivation and engagement.
  • Effectively manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors, to drive progress and meet milestones.

Project Manager requirements:

Essential:

  • Proven experience in delivering projects using PM methodologies such as SCRUM or PRINCE2.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure consistent quality in project delivery.
  • Versatile project management experience with a hands-on approach.
  • Broad understanding of project management across various domains.

Desirable:

  • Background in Private Equity or related fields.

Project Manager package:

  • £50,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience).
