We're looking for a confident, customer focussed individual to complete an apprenticeship with our Team in Milton Keynes.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Carrying out estate inspections and making sure our neighbourhoods are clean, safe and tidy where residents are proud to live.
  • the cleaning, safety, fire safety and security on our estates.
  • making sure accidents and incidents are identified and reported in line with Clarions policies and procedures.

You will communicate well with all teams and departments as required to provide positive solutions to local issues and report anti-social behaviour, crime, and safeguarding.

You'll need to trust and act on your own initiative and respond to the numerous challenges, taking advantage of the training, site activity and learning opportunities provided.

To make this possible you will need strong communication skills, basic literacy skills and be able to use basic IT systems.

We offer the opportunity to study for a Level 2 Facilities Service Operative apprenticeship which will take up to 12 months to complete and study for your NVQ qualification. You'll develop new key skills and behaviours which will support your personal development and progression.
