IP Specialist Solicitor
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a specialist IP firm with a headcount of 200+ across seven office locations. They are seeking an experienced IP Solicitor to join their team in the Leeds office.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide counsel to clients on a broad spectrum of intellectual property issues, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
- Offer guidance on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
- Perform legal research and analysis to safeguard clients' intellectual property rights and interests.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and contracts related to IP.
- Represent clients in intellectual property disputes and litigation when required.
- Collaborate with clients to formulate strategies for protecting their IP assets.
- Keep abreast of developments in intellectual property laws and regulations.
- *Qualifications:**
- Qualified Solicitor with 2-8 years of post-qualification experience in intellectual property law.
- In-depth knowledge of intellectual property rights, in both contentious and non-contentious settings.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated capability in managing complex cases and adhering to deadlines.
