As a Collection & Recoveries Litigator, you will manage a caseload of files involving outstanding Damages and/or Costs, ensuring prompt and accurate case settlements. The role aims to achieve the best outcomes for clients, ensuring successful collection of Client Damages and Costs owed to the Firm.
In this role, you will manage a caseload of Small Track and Fast Track Litigation, ensure accurate payment records, and act in the best interests of clients to achieve favorable outcomes. You will meet KPIs for income generation, settled cases, and litigation rates, commit to personal development, and assist the Team Manager in coaching and developing less experienced litigators.

Salary- £27,000 - £37,000 depending on experience.

About you
- You havestrong verbal and written communication skills.
- You will have in-depth knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules, Part 7 and Pre-Action Protocols.
- You have good interpersonal skills.
- You'll be numerate and commercially aware.
- You are flexible and adaptable & can build great stakeholder relationships to support and manage expectations.
- You have proven effective time management and prioritisation skills.
- You have litigation experience and the willingness to help develop new and existing team members.
