What will you do as an Operations and Logistics Executive?
- Main point of contact for all shipping/logistics stakeholders and enquiries
- Manage inbound stock from international suppliers to multiple 3PL warehouses
- Ensure best costs and efficiency when selecting freight forwarding partners
- Assit the operations manager with monitor inventory across 3PL warehouses
- Work with 3PL partners to ensure OTIF fulfilment of stock to customers
- Arrange and prepare all export and customs declaration for products
What do you need as an Operations and Logistics Executive?
- Previous experience working in an operations or logistics role within FMCG is desirable
- Managed 3PL partner warehouses would be a huge advantage
- Experience negotiating costs and working with freight forwarders
- An understanding of exports and custom clearance forms
- Happy to be hands on and be confident within a startup environment
