Are you an experienced site manager or are you a caretaker seeking extra responsibilities?
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7:30am - 12:00pm
- Tuesday evening: 9pm (lock up site)
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for managing the site on a daily basis
- Copmplete any minor repairs
- Take part in groundswork maintenance
- Complete reports through a computer
- Take part in any manual handling duties required
- Complete all training necessary for the role
Requirements:
- Punctual and self motivated individual
- Previous caretaker or handyman experience is desirable
