Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Fakenham, UK
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 48 hours per week
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
(These are fixed shifts; you will work either days or nights.)
Environment: Warm production environment handling food products (non-meat).
Job Description:
We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking Production Operatives to join our client's team at their Fakenham facility. In this role, you will be responsible for handling food products (excluding meat) in a warm production environment. Your primary tasks will include operating machinery, maintaining quality control, and ensuring the smooth operation of the production line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficiency.
- Handle and package food products according to company standards.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Always adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off rotation.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
