Accounts Assistant

FRS are recruiting an Accounts Assistant for a globally recognised brand based in Solihull. This role is offered on a 12-13 month Fixed Term Contract on a maternity cover basis but due to the size of the business, permanent jobs with them are definitely realistic either within this company or in the wider group.

Working as part of a team of 3 in the finance department, you will be supporting the Assistant Finance Manager with a mixture of transactional finance duties as listed below.

Duties Will Include

  • Processing invoices and sharing sales invoices
  • Resolving queries from customers & suppliers
  • Supporting the finance team with stock checks & month-end reconciliations
  • Banking information onto accounting system
  • Reconciling supplier statements, making payments via BACS
  • Adhoc month-end reporting & support
