This well-established South Yorkshire based firm is looking to bring in a new Head of Commercial Property to its Sheffield office.
As the Solicitor/Head of Commercial Property you will have at least 8+ years' PQE, be able to give expert, comprehensive advice to both individuals and companies on a range of specialist legal matters.
The Solicitor/Head of Commercial Property you will be expected to:
- Manage a diverse caseload
- Deliver high standards of client care and a first-class customer experience
- Work commercially which is reflected in your case management and outcomes
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
- Achieve and deliver key outcomes both for the client and the firm
The successful Solicitor/Head of Commercial Property will have the ability to work across a broad range of commercial property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions, commercial leases, refinance work (including portfolios), development land acquisitions and sales, and agricultural land transactions.
You, the Solicitor/Head of Commercial Property, will work closely with senior management and partners to set the strategic agenda and tone for the department, working collaboratively with your colleagues to collectively achieve aspirational outcomes.
