A1Personnel are currently recruiting for a Transport Manager for a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Tilbury.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining compliance for all drivers/vehicles
- Liaising with the transport team
- Speaking with the workshop regarding vehicle maintenance
- Overseeing fleet of 25
- Auditing of the transport division
- Ensuring smooth operation
- Adhering to Health & Safety procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years Transport Manager experience
- CPC holder
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good problem solver
- IT literate
- Proven leadership skills
Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 9am - 6.30pm (flexible to start earlier) depending on business demand
