A fast paced, family feel, Cost & Project Management consultancy in Hertfordshire are seeking a smart, client facing Quantity Surveyor because of securing several new projects.
The Quantity Surveyor's role
The Quantity Surveying Director is seeking a personable and confident Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable at client and site meetings, and can deliver pre and post cost management services.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will predominantly be working on fast paced, fit out projects, and you will essentially be running the projects with Director oversight.
The Quantity Surveyor
- Completed a Construction related degree
- Minimum of 3 years quantity surveying experience
- Good pre and post cost management knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Fit out project experience would be a plus, not essential
