As a Proclaim & RPA Developer, you will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement through the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of software solutions that enhance the group's operational and business application processes. Working closely with business change teams and external supplier application SMEs, your expertise across multiple development toolsets, especially Proclaim and UiPath RPA, will enable the creation of innovative solutions and process optimisations, ultimately delivering optimal business outcomes.
You will specialise in Proclaim Development, covering interconnected systems such as email, task server management, web server administration, and legal portals. You're able to execute high level expertise in analysis, application configuration, data access, and problem-solving, consistently adhering to standards while confidently proposing alternative solutions and approaches when needed.
Please note: this role will require out-of-hours on-call application support on a rota basis.

Salary- £35,000 - £45,000per annum, depending on your level of experience.

About you
- First and foremost, you are an SME on the Proclaim application, supporting defined business processes effectively.
- You will have experience in developing and configuring software solutions using structured programming languages.
- You thrive in a team-working environment, where you can effectively collaborate with others and exhibit your critical thinking skills.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable with producing high-standard technical documentation.
- Your proactive outlook confidently allows you to challenge norms and suggest improvements.
- You'll consistently maintain the highest standards in your work, by showing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Insurance, Accident Management, Fleet Management, or Debt Recovery industries is beneficial.
- Previous experience working in a regulated environment understanding compliance and legal regulations such as DPA and AML is desirable.
