Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to manage property sales from initial enquiry to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in estate agency sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Liaise and negotiate directly with clients, providing expert advice and support throughout the sales process.
- Market Appraisals: Conduct accurate property valuations, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of local market trends.
- Property Marketing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties, utilizing the latest tools and technology to ensure maximum exposure.
- Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information and addressing client queries.
- Negotiation: Handle offers, negotiate terms, and strive to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Sales Progression: Manage the sales process through to completion, ensuring all parties are informed and any issues are promptly addressed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator, with a strong track record in property sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the local property market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid UK driving license.
Desirable:
- Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., NAEA).
- Familiarity with the latest property marketing technologies.
