Page Personnel are currently recruiting for a brilliant Fintech firm based in London who are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis. The reason for the role is due to a high work load which has caused a backlog in need of attention. The successful candidate should ideally hold 3+ years of already gained experience and exposure within the Financial Services sector.

Description

  • Reconciling customer accounts and ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Manage and process invoices and payments timely and accurately.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports relating to accounts receivable status.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and entered into the system.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly collection targets.
  • Follow established protocols for collection efforts.
  • Identify and execute efficiency improvements.
  • Assist with financial audits related to AR.

Profile

A successful AR Clerk should have:

  • A good understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
  • Will be able to start immediately or on a reduced notice period.
  • Will hold 3+ years of experience within Accounts Receivable roles.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Offer

Salary ranging up to £35,000, dependent on experience + Immediate start offered + Remote role + Monday-Friday working week + 37.5 hour working week, overtime may be required + Temporary ongoing position + A positive and innovative company culture + Opportunity to work in a globally recognised Financial Services firm
