Hays Education are currently working with primary schools in Shropshire. We are looking for Level 2/Level 3 Teaching Assistants to start in September with flexibility, due to a huge increase in demand! We are now looking for individuals, who hold qualifications, to support pupils within the classroom who want to make a difference and impact pupils lives. We are working with a diverse range of different schools who all have different demands.
Your new role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working with a variety of different schools. The jobs we offer will require previous experience of working within schools. The role will consist of supporting small groups or working 1-2-1 with pupils who may need additional assistance. Pay between £85-£95 a day depending on experience. These roles range from short-term positions which could turn into long term roles or potentially even permanent employment.
What you'll need to succeed
- You must have a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant Qualification
- A positive and flexible attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to work collaboratively within a professional team
- Experience working with children in an education setting
