CRM & Digital Transformation Specialist
Salary: £50,000
Location: London Hybrid: Up to 3 days a week (flexi)

About Us:
We're partnered with a team who are driving transformative change through CRM and data analytics, working with enterprise-level clients in sectors like healthcare, insurance, and banking. They're looking for a CRM specialist who is ready to tackle complex legacy systems and drive forward the next phase of their digital transformation.

The Challenge:
Our client manages a CRM system that sends out 5000 emails per day, but segmentation is underutilized. There is a need for someone who can work directly with developers to battle legacy challenges and implement a full marketing stack that aligns with modern practices. This is no ordinary CRM role - we're talking about deep integration, segmentation, and setting up tools where there are none.

You'll be instrumental in moving the CRM function forward toward a target of 0.2% by 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead CRM integration and segmentation strategy, working with legacy systems and developing new tools where needed.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to troubleshoot, update, and enhance CRM functionality in-house (not via agency).
  • Analyze and manage CRM data, driving email marketing campaigns that increase engagement and conversion.
  • Provide expert stakeholder management, particularly with internal teams handling legacy challenges and navigating resistance.
  • Take charge of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring they align with the company's long-term goals and are executable in real-time.
  • Work across departments to make sure CRM processes are integrated smoothly across the business's digital marketing stack.

Required Skills:

  • CRM expertise (Salesforce experience preferred), particularly dealing with legacy systems.
  • Experience in segmentation and personalization for large-scale CRM operations
  • Ability to work with developers and manage internal relationships
  • Hands-on experience in digital transformation projects and data analysis.
