Assistant/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Required Urgently

A well-established main contractor in the fit-out and refurbishment space is currently seeking Assistant/Intermediate Quantity Surveyors to work on one of their recently secured commercial office projects. These schemes are situated around Central London, with values ranging from £10m to £30m. As the projects are due to commence soon, strong procurement and full project life-cycle experience would be preferred.

Rate/Salary:
£200 - £350 p/d or £35k - £70k (plus package)

  • Two-stage/PSCA, full project life-cycle experience preferred
  • NEC & JCT D&B contract experience preferred but not essential
