Are you passionate about education and experienced in supporting young learners? We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in a vibrant Rochdale secondary school.
Position: Teaching Assistant (General Classroom Duties)
Location: Rochdale Secondary School
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 3:10pm
Pay: Up to £95 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Temporary, with the potential to go long-term or permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting teachers in the classroom with general tasks
- Assisting students with their learning and development
- Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Supporting individual students or small groups as required
- Working collaboratively with the school staff to ensure student success
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience working with children is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and a passion for education
- Flexibility and adaptability in a school environment
- The ability to work well as part of a team
