As a Social Value Officer, your daily responsibilities are:
- Support the development of innovative programmes and workshops
- Act as a brand ambassador by attending employment and careers events
- Utilise social media to maximize awareness for social value successes
- Produce accurate reports in alignment with requirements and deadlines for current projects
- Attend and lead focus groups surrounding education and employment opportunities
- Identify and report any issues or risks to the SV Manager
- Develop and maintain network contacts to ensure effective delivery of SV commitments

To be successful as a Social Value Officer, you will have:
- Knowledge of Social Value legislation in the UK
- Knowledge of TOM's Framework
- Experience with community engagement and working with young people
- Able to multi-task across multiple projects and manage work load effectively
- Confident communicator both verbally and written
- Strong IT skills
- Flexible to travel where required
