Guest Sales Team Leader - what will I be doing?
- You will be a vital connection between guests and the business. This role requires excellent leadership skills, an in-depth understanding of the short-term rental market, and experience with major OTA platforms. Our client is looking for someone to come with ideas on how to improve things and how to grow.
- You will lead and inspire the sales team to surpass targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Speaking with potential guests via email, online chat, and phone on a daily basis.
- Cultivate leads and convert enquiries into bookings through proactive follow-ups.
- Work with marketing and revenue management teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Oversee information and communication flows in both the internal system and those of OTA partners.
- Surpass monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Guest Sales Team Leader - what experience do I need?
- Fluency in both English and French is essential.
- You must also have proven sales experience in the short-term rental sector.
- Experience with OTA back-office systems
