Senior Recruitment Consultant (Senior+) - Construction
£28,000 - £40,000 + Commission & Car Allowance

Our Blue Collar Construction division were the highest individual performing team in our UK business in 2023, with some incredible performances so far in 2024. With a market-leading approach, our reputation allows us to build ongoing long-term relationships across Edinburgh and the Lothians.
We hope you can bring strong market knowledge, with a great understanding of core competitors and how to win and nurture new business. Due to internal mobility, this role has become available and offers a warm trades desk - which you will inherit!
Over the first 18 months, we envision this role will move into a Management position, where you will lead the team from the front and develop the infrastructure for sustained success.
You will be enrolled on our award-winning Consultant and Management Development training programmes, which include 1:1 coaching support. Your enthusiasm, drive and passion will shine through as you work closely with our directors to grow your business and team.
