We are currently partnered with a housing and care provider in the East Midlands, who are looking for a
Voids Planner
The successful Voids Planner will have:
- Competent Computer Skills - Microsoft Word, Excel and NEC/Northgate not essential)
- Proven experience of coordinating, managing and maintaining appointments and diaries of large teams within a fast paced, pressurised environment
Key duties of the Voids Planner:
- Overseeing and scheduling the workload of the Trade colleagues and Contractors by allocating and organising work,
- Provide a robust administrative support service to the team including responding to correspondence and telephone calls, inputting and accessing computerised information and maintaining accurate and concise manual records.
- Financial invoicing based duties, raising PO's, works orders, managing invoices, receipting invoices
- Comms with contractors, operatives, suppliers
