This role will operate on a hybrid working model.
Your new role
You will be working as a Learning & Development Specialist on an initial 6 month fixed term contract however there is potential for this role to extend.
As part of the L&D team, you will offer admin support in driving innovative, flexible and learner-oriented training for teams across London and EMEA regions.
Some duties will include:
- Manage administrative tasks in the Learning Management System (SABA); from course creation, initial registration and invites to tracking attendance and rescheduling
- Organise room bookings and catering requests when required for in person training (including responding to last minute room changes)
- Analyse workshop feedback and prepare slides with graphs and quantitative data points, summarising the feedback themes.
Identify improvement opportunities and escalate when needed
- Be the main point of contact for queries from senior consulting staff
- Liaise with internal facilitators for their availability to deliver training sessions
- Support with administrative tasks for the team
- Work closely together with the L&D Manager to support the overall organisation and delivery of senior consultant training programmes
- Excel reporting (creating, tracking, updating)
- Support virtual sessions (facilitating the chat, break out room etc.)
- Deliver on the ground support for in-person training sessions in London
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in a L&D role or be a HR Generalist who has had exposure to L&D type duties.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive an hourly rate based on an annual salary of between £38,000 - £42,000 depending on previous experience.
