£33,000 - £36,000 (DOE) + Monday to Friday + Training + Progression + Overtime + Stay Away

You will be required to be flexible in your shift working pattern, as you will be required to visit customer sites and you will need to be comfortable staying away frequently.
The well-established company specialise in producing bespoke machinery, such as packaging conveyor systems, and are the main dealer for the food, drink and pharmaceutical industry. They aim to maintain their market leading status by growing the team to enable them to meet the demands of an expanding workload.
The day to day responsibilities for the role will involve producing high quality software and implementing this onsite for blue chip clients. You will need to have relevant electrical engineering experience and be motivated and proactive to develop your skillset.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to be trained on numerous industry leading HMI and SCADA applications, such as Allen Bradley, Siemens and Mitsubishi, and become a task expert.
The Role:
*Trainee Automation Engineer
*Developing, designing and implementing automation and control systems
*On-job training for Automation
*Monday to Friday - stay away during site visits
The Candidate:
*Electrical Engineer / Controls Engineer/ Automation Engineer/ Industrial Engineer/ Installation Engineer or similar backgrounds all encouraged to apply to this role
*Electrical Engineers with industry experience looking to progress their skills are encouraged to apply
*Knowledge or understanding of PLCs and/or HMI
*Comfortable staying away and being flexible in your shift working pattern
