Are you an experienced sales professional ready for your next challenge? ClearCourse is seeking a dynamic and proactive E-Commerce Sales Consultant to join our growing team in one of our UK hubs—Manchester, Birmingham, or London.

About the Role:

As an E-Commerce Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving New Business growth within the EKM brand, part of ClearCourse's Retail Division. You'll be responsible for developing a network of contacts, attracting new clients, and managing the full sales cycle. Your focus will be on delivering tailored solutions from our product portfolio, driving revenue growth, and forecasting sales.

You'll collaborate closely with Commercial, Product, Marketing, and Support & Implementation teams to ensure the successful delivery of key strategic initiatives. You'll also document plans, activities, and opportunities in our Sales CRM system, continually reviewing and improving business performance through tactical analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute proactive strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Own and manage sales opportunities within the UK mid-market, focusing on a specific industry vertical.
  • Propose and deliver e-commerce strategies that align with prospects' business objectives.
  • Build and manage your sales pipeline, actively sourcing and qualifying leads.
  • Network within your industry vertical to generate self-built leads and supplement marketing efforts.

What We're Looking For:

  • A passion for Digital and a focus on consulting with small to medium-sized retail businesses.
  • Familiarity with the latest technology trends and how they drive hyper-growth for customers online.
  • A proven track record of success in driving New Business growth within IT, Tech, SaaS, or Retail Software.
  • High technical and commercial awareness, with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail software sales is highly advantageous.
