German-speaking Telesales/Appointment Setter, this is a permanent, full-time position based in Essex, offering an annual salary of £25,500 plus annually paid commission, and an attractive range of employee benefits. The working hours will be full time 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Friday, (Hybrid working is available after a 3-month probation period). Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing the key focus will be spent on the quality appointment setting for the German sales team, therefore we must insist that the ideal candidate can communicate both verbally and in writing in fluent German, ideally with German as a native or secondary language.
As a German-speaking Telesales/Appointment Setter, your key responsibilities will include the arrangement of new and existing customer sales appointments on behalf of the Sales Management team, and you will have the ability to generate high-quality appointments, ensuring that information is obtained and shared with both the customer and sales team, best suited to someone who can work collaboratively and within a fast-paced, sales targeted environment with the flexibility to work independently and as part of a team.
We are seeking candidates from a previous sales/customer contact centre, used to managing high volume customer calls, conducting detailed telephone need analysis and fact-finding tasks. The purpose of this role is to increase new business, whilst maintaining existing business levels with a global organisation who are focused on improving their quality and operations standards. Naturally you will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven MS Office (Word, Outlook and SharePoint) skills, able to operate a busy internal CRM system providing concise and efficient information.
