Role: Change and Business Improvement Manager
Length: 6-month contract
Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Pay Rate: £600 - £650 per day
One of my public sector clients are currently looking for a Change and Business Improvement Manager. They are looking for a Change and Business Improvement Manager to join them on a hybrid basis with travel to site 2 days per week - my client has sites all over the UK. This engagement will run on for an initial 6 month contract - with a view to extend.
They are interested in C&BI Managers with experience of working in an Agile environment amongst multi-disciplinary teams. Past experience of working within the public sector would be ideal.
Essential Skills:
- Experience with Organisational design
- Experience with Process Mapping
- Process Improvement experience
- Past experience developing Target Operating Models and implementing them
