Are you an experienced IT professional looking for your next role. We are excited to partner with a market leader who is looking to recruit someone passionate about providing support to their business both in the UK and overseas.
Responsibilities:
Deliver an exceptional standard of service
Provide 1st Line Support via remote tools, phone and email
Liaise with 3rd party vendors
Supporting with IT Administration
Setting up new users whilst managing hardware issues
Prioritising workloads and complete service desk tickets in line with SLAs
Required Skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Can do attitude, and willingness to learn new skills
Windows Desktop Operating Systems
Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory user administration
Good time management skills
Confident and assured, and able to operate under pressure
