Week day shifts: 6am - 2pm and 2pm - close
Weekend shifts: 8am - 4pm and 4pm - close

A health club based in Surbiton are looking for a responsible and organised Duty Manager to join their growing team.
As a Duty Manager you will be responsible for Duty Management shifts ensuring smooth operations.
Duty Manager Duties:
- Customer Complaints Management: Efficiently handle customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Communication Management: Monitor and respond to member emails received maintaining professionalism and providing helpful assistance to inquiries.
- Member Forums and Surveys: Organise and facilitate member forums and surveys to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
- Member Journey Development: Collaborate with the team to enhance the member journey through digitisation initiatives, content creation, and effective tracking methods.
- Driving NPS
- Sales Support: Provide sales coverage when necessary, assisting with inquiries and promoting additional products or services.
- Assist the Events Manager with organising and delivering Events
- Duty Management shifts: Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness and organisation
- Quality Control - Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Duty Manager Specification:
- To have experience working in a leisure centre is beneficial but not mandatory
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be motivated and to live locally.
- Motivated - Engaged, part of the family and driven to make a genuine contribution
- Friendly - Outgoing, enthusiastic and able to engage with both colleagues & customers
