They provide loans for a period of up to 12 months and have simplified the process making it easy for their clients, with funds transferred within 24 hours of making the application. The company are based in Birmingham, have been trading for over a decade and are currently undergoing an exciting period of growth. They have a great reputation in the market and are known for delivering outstanding levels of service to their clients and partners.

They are currently recruiting for an

Office Administrator

to be a general all-rounder in the office and to assist various members of the team in their duties.

Responsibilities

  • Answering the phone
  • Taking payments
  • To learn underwriting
  • Dealing with both customers and brokers
  • Scanning and data entry
  • General office and admin duties

Requirements and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year's work experience in a similar role
  • Experience using Excel a must
  • Willing to learn new software
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good letter/email writing skills
  • Good head for figures and accuracy
  • DocuSign experience would be an advantage but not essential
