Warehouse and Technician Assistant

We are seeking an energetic Warehouse and Technician Assistant to enhance our team's capabilities. This multifaceted role encompasses warehouse management, including stock movement, delivery handling, dispatch operations, and providing technical support to our customers. The successful candidate will be physically adept, possess very basic technical repair skills, and have a clean driving licence.
Day to day of the role:
- Manage stock movement within the warehouse, ensuring efficient handling of deliveries and dispatch, with precise reporting on the system.
- Utilise company vehicles to deliver products to customers, adhering to road safety regulations.
- Facilitate stock transfers between sites while maintaining a clean, organised, and secure warehouse environment.
- Conduct stocktaking as required and assist with all on-site facilities needs.
- Address technical queries from customers, perform quality control on products, and carry out simple repairs either on-site or at customer locations.
- Document procedures and processes, test new products, demonstrate them to customers, and maintain up-to-date product details and customer service information in the system.
- Ensure lithium-ion batteries are tested and meet quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Capable of lifting 20-25kg boxes to a height of 1.6m.
- Basic technical skills, with some experience in repairing bicycles, lawnmowers or similar mechanical/electrical items preferred.
- Basic IT proficiency, including experience with CRM systems and Excel.
- A current, clean driving licence is essential.
