This role is working Monday to Friday 4pm till 1am
What You Will Do:
- Manage the QA team to ensure product quality, legality, and safety while meeting customer specifications.
- Oversee recruitment, induction, and training of Quality Auditors.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct internal audits and lead third-party audits and customer visits.
- Coordinate investigations into customer complaints and implement action plans.
- Support the implementation of a robust food safety culture and quality initiatives on site.
What You Will Bring:
- Relevant scientific or food-related qualifications (Degree desirable).
- Experience working with major retailers and leading audits.
- HACCP and Food Safety qualifications.
- Internal auditing training.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
