Salary / Rate of pay: Up to £20.00 per hour

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a popular property in Birmingham and we have a fantastic opportunity for an Rooms Division Manager to start on immediate basis for an ongoing temporary placement.

Whats involved?

  • This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead our front-of-house operations whilst also overseeing our clients thriving Conference & Banqueting department.
  • Manage and optimise all aspects of the hotel's room operations, including front desk, Guest Services, Operations, and Building Services.
  • Oversee the Conference & Banqueting department, ensuring seamless execution of events and maximum client satisfaction
  • Drive revenue through strategic pricing and inventory management
  • Maintain exceptional standards of guest service across all departments
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Manage departmental budgets and control costs effectively
  • Be responsible for developing processes and procedures in line with operational legislation, health & safety, building services and sustainability whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a hotel operations senior position, for a 100 plus bedroom high quality hotel.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Front of House leadership position, highlighting a high level of guest service.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Front of House leadership position, highlighting a high level of guest service.
