Senior Services Manager Supported Lived and Retirement living

  • Salary: £60k-£65k plus Car allowance

We are seeking a Senior Services Manager to join a reputable Housing provider that work entirely remote. This senior role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of effective, efficient, and high-quality services across their Retirement and Supported Living portfolio. The successful candidate will be a role model for their values, working closely with operational service managers and key partners to develop and deliver safe and effective services that meet regulatory standards and exceed customer expectations.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality services to customers nationally, ensuring alignment with Consumer Standards and Ofsted regulation.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of contracts and partnerships through impactful services that represent value for money.
  • Implement Quality Assurance frameworks to support and supervise colleagues, promoting engagement and productivity.
  • Lead transformative and innovative service expansion, developing national relationships and effective marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with various teams to continuously improve services, maintaining professional curiosity and a collaborative approach.
  • Establish governance mechanisms to ensure compliance with Health and Safety, legal, and safeguarding policies.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and development of services, ensuring responsiveness to the diverse needs of the communities served.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring value for money and maximisation of income.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • CIH Level 4/5 or willingness to study towards this qualification with support.
  • Willingness to become an Ofsted Registered Manager.
  • Resilience and the ability to manage multiple demands while delivering on objectives.
  • Experience in managing accommodation-based support/Retirement Living services.
  • Knowledge of people management principles.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in managing teams to achieve targets.
  • Experience in delivering KPIs within an outcome's framework.
  • Confident in presenting to stakeholders and producing high-quality written reports.
  • Experience in fast-paced housing management/social care environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of statutory, legal, and contractual frameworks.
  • IT literacy, particularly in Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and confidentiality protocols.
  • Passion for inclusive and accessible services and workplaces.
