Role: Sales Account Manager
Key Duties:
- Forge and nurture meaningful relationships with clients, exceeding their service expectations.
- Engage with account associates at all levels, from store personnel to top management, to comprehend their business objectives and provide tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary liaison for client queries and concerns, including conducting on-site product demonstrations and business assessments.
- Spot opportunities for promoting additional products or services, negotiate contract renewals, and upsell or cross-sell as appropriate.
- Partner with internal departments to ensure prompt delivery of products or services in line with client expectations.
- Keep precise forecasts to efficiently manage stock levels according to account requirements.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry advancements to offer valuable insights and enhance our offerings.

- Solid background in B2B sales.

- Must possess a valid driving license.
